So you want to go for the knock off version. Sure the price is cheaper, and it may still look like the real thing. But don’t be fooled by appearances – knock off products are often made with inferior materials, contain low quality stitching and don’t last very long. You might save a few bucks in the short term, but you’ll be sorry in the long run.
Furthermore, Louis Vuitton and other luxury brands go to great lengths to protect their products by warning consumers not to purchase counterfeit goods. So if you purchase a fake Louis Vuitton bag, you’re not only damaging the reputation of the product but also engaging in an illegal activity.
And don’t even get me started on the ethical implications! Louis Vuitton is responsible for providing stable, secure careers that feed countless families around the world. By opting for a cheap knock off that has been cranked out of a factory in some nondescript location, you’re not doing yourself or anyone else any favors.
The simple fact is that Louis Vuitton knock off purses are not worth it. Their quality is suspect, they are detrimental to the industry, and they are unethical and illegal. If you really care about designer purses then I’d suggest you save your pennies and invest in the real thing.
